Our Guarantee

Our guarantee to you... If, for ANY reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the products you purchased, return them within 60 days for a refund!  It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll benefit from our products. 

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could contact us via email ahead of time to let us know it is coming.  It would also be nice, though not required, if you are willing to give us a short explanation of the reason so we can better understand our clients needs, which assists us in developing better products. 

When returning items, you have these options:

• You may exchange it for something else in this store or

• You may ask for a refund for the purchase price of the item

PLEASE NOTE

• All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

• All returns must be received within 60 days of the purchase date for us to process refunds.

• Returns may be shipped prepaid to us via 2 carriers:  United States Postal Service or UPS.  Alternatively, you may write "return to sender" on the package and it will return to us via the same method it was shipped. 

• Please use delivery confirmation for returns and insure for your protection.  We are not responsible for loss or damage of items returned.  (Packages can and do get lost, especially internationally.) We do need to receive the items to be able to credit any refunds.

• Items must be in the same new and usable condition as they were sent.  It is very important that you ship your return items well wrapped and in a box to avoid shipping damage.  Books do not travel well in envelopes or bags that allow them to bend!

Special Note on the Namiki Falcon & Vanishing Point Pens

If you should have any difficulty with the Falcon, you will need to send it in to Namki to have them look at it and, make any repairs necessary.  (They are very helpful and do honor their one year warranty)  Defective pens should not be returned to us; We are not qualified to diagnose problems nor make repairs to the pen should it need any. 

Special Note on Defective DVD's

If you should have any difficulty with the DVD's playing, please contact us.  We will verify your purchase of the DVD's in question and promptly send you replacements.  We may require an order number or other proof of purchase if we do not have your purchase record.
