Important!  International Shipping Information

Yes we ship internationally.  We have clients in over 142 countries worldwide!

We used to ship all orders via USPS's cheaper options.  However, we found that almost 25% of the packages got lost in route, another 25% took 6 weeks to arrive.  The cheaper options also did not allow us to track orders when they did not arrive on time.

So, in order to guarantee delivery, track, and insure international packages, we now ship all international orders via Express Mail International.  The total cost for this is approximately $35 and up (depending on the weight of the package and the country, the first pound of weight is the most expensive, and each successive pound is much cheaper).   We do have other options with UPS and FedEx, however these options start around $50 for the first pound and go up from there.  We do believe the USPS Express is the best value.

We realize that many of you are interested in saving money on shipping, so we offer you this option.  If you prefer to save money, you may request us to ship via a cheaper option, but as we know their delivery history, we cannot guarantee the package will arrive safely, on time, or even at all.  We will not reship orders or make refunds for orders not received when this option is requested.

The USPS typically transfers the package to your local post for delivery.  If you are unsure of where your package is, and the tracking number indicates it is in your country, check with your local post. 

Many countries charge a tax based on the value of the items being received.   We are required to accurately list this value on the shipping documents.   Many countries have a dollar threshold before the import taxes kick in.  Because we ship to every country in the world, and cannot possibly keep up with all of the import tax laws, it is your responsibility to know your import tax laws and to pay your import taxes. 

Once the package arrives in your country, it may be held in customs awaiting you to pay the import taxes.  We cannot be responsible for deliveries held up at your country's customs.
