International Shipments
Prices are based on actual shipping costs.  We are required by law to note the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment.  Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country.  These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and varies by country.  From what we have seen, many countries initiate this at around $200 in value, but it is your responsibility to check with your local post or customs department to learn of these specifics.  We are not responsible for these charges and because we ship to over 142 different countries, we cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be for your country.  Vilppu LLC is not able to influence local delivery practices.  The arrival times for international shipping indicate the anticipated arrival time.  Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.  Why is the international shipping charge so high?  Please note that under most conditions these shipping amounts are adequate to cover the actual shipping costs, but in rare instances they are not sufficient and we may contact you to let you know this and request payment for the additional shipping cost.  You will be given the option to cancel the order if you do not want to pay this.

We can also ship via UPS Worldwide Express, however shipping costs start at $100.00 and go up from there.  Please contact us if you prefer this shipping option.

**Canadian Deliveries
During the current Canada Post Lockout, we are unable to use our standard shipping methods to delivery your order to you.  We will be able to ship your order via UPS or FedEx, however the cost of these services is likely to be double the shipping costs listed above.  Please be advised that we will estimate your order's shipping cost and send you a supplemental invoice via paypal to cover this difference.  Alternatively, you may choose to wait to place your order, have us hold your order until the lockout is resolved, or order downloadable items.

Pickup Option for Colorado Residents
We have added pickup at our location as an option, however please be aware that our location is about 1 hour west of Denver, in the mountains, and in the winter this does require 4WD, high clearance, and exceptional handling in snow to navigate.   If you choose to exercise this option, please make prior arrangements as to a time that will best work for both of us.  We will give you directions while making these arrangements.
