Telephone

If you aren't into e-mail, and prefer to talk to a live person, we can do that.  However, because our clientele is global, we have set up a voice mail system so that it works for us as well.  You will need to leave a voice mail so we can call you back.  Give us your name, telephone number, and some generally good times of day to reach you.  If it is during business hours, we will probably call you back immediately.  Otherwise, we will call you back the next business day.  If you are calling internationally and cannot make use of email to avoid the time difference, we will try to work with you by calling you back either early or late in our day.  Our regular business hours are 8AM-5PM M-F Mountain Time.  You can reach us at: (914) 470-0552.

Snail-Mail

We can receive orders and inquiries via the mail. Our mailing address is: Vilppu LLC, 115 Upper Forest Rd., Idaho Springs, CO 80452.  Make checks out to Vilppu LLC.  We will also accept US Postal Money Orders.  You MUST include shipping in your total or we will not be able to send you the merchandise.
